1.\u00a0Sipax Hunting\u00a0and Tactical Inc.\u00a0will provide warranty service only in respect to products that\u00a0were supplied by Sipax Hunting\u00a0and Tactical Inc.
2.\u00a0Sipax Hunting\u00a0and Tactical Inc.\u00a0will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the\u00a0purchaser or to any other person or to the property of the purchaser or any other person arising out\u00a0of the use or possession of the Products.
3.\u00a0Note, that in all circumstances the warranty is void if:
a.\u00a0There is\u00a0evidence of improper configuration.
b.\u00a0There is\u00a0evidence of water damage.
c.\u00a0There is\u00a0evidence of physical abuse, any item damaged in transit should be
reported as soon as received. Please read Product Returns section below for further\u00a0instructions.
d.\u00a0There is\u00a0evidence of misuse\u00a0including accidental or intentional abuse.
e.\u00a0There is\u00a0evidence of previous repair by another repair centre\u00a0other than Sipax\u00a0Hunting\u00a0and Tactical Inc.\u00a0approved repairers.
f.\u00a0There is\u00a0no record of purchase from\u00a0Sipax Hunting\u00a0and Tactical Inc.\u00a0We will do
our best to look for your sales information, but ultimately it is your responsibility to
retain your sales receipt.
4.\u00a0Warranty conditions are set to ensure reasonable wear on the product. Rough use and\u00a0misuse of products are not covered under warranty (as above). Not following product care\u00a0instructions is considered misuse of the product. Rough use is considered any direct, indirect\u00a0consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product.
5.\u00a0Warranty does not cover;\u00a0fire, theft, intentional breakage, modification or customization,\u00a0or damage during assembly.
6.\u00a0Lost parts are not covered under warranty for all products.
7.\u00a0We reserve the right to determine whether to repair or replace any of our products covered\u00a0by this warranty, and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when\u00a0necessary.
8.\u00a0Colours and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
